Beet Roasts.

One thing I love about Beetroot is that it is so versatile yet so incredibly easy to prepare. One of the simplest and most delicious ways to use Beetroot is to bake! They become delectable, caramelised jewel coloured morsels of joy in just a few steps!

Beets.

At the moment I am having a little love affair with Beetroot. I am eating it with everything in a multitude of ways. Its bloody hue, so eager to stain every thing a rich magenta, gorgeously contrasts against its green leaves and is one of nature's most wonderful dyes. Its flavour is sweet, fresh and delicious and the beet has a substantial amount of health benefits.

A Little Pick Me Up

Recently I went down to London town to see my best pals and have a good mooch around Pick Me Up at Somerset House (and maybe &otherstories and maybe Liberty's...)

Being a particularly grey and rainy day, there were steps like dance moves made to avoid the wave of the black cabs through the puddles but I didn't actually mind at all. It's quite sweet being tucked under an umbrella with your best friend and peeking out to navigate.
